Late Arrival & No-Show Policy (Open Plays/Drills)

• Arriving 20 or more minutes late or failing to show for an open play or drill session will result in a $20 fee.
• To avoid being mistakenly marked as a no-show, check in at the front desk upon arrival and within 30 minutes or less before all subsequent sessions.
• This policy does not apply to socials or mixers.

Open Play/Drill Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 3 or more hours before the session start time.
• If canceled at least 3 hours in advance, non-members will receive club credits that can be used for any club purchases, and members will not be charged a fee.
• Members who cancel late will be charged a $10 fee.
• Non-members who cancel late will forfeit their purchase.

Lesson & Clinic Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• If canceled within this window, you will receive an unassigned session that can be applied to the same type of lesson.

Court Reservation Policies

To ensure fairness to all members and guests, we require all court reservations to be canceled at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Both policies below apply to members (regardless of membership level) and non-members.

Late Cancellation Fee:

If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of your reserved time, a fee of $45 per hour, per court will apply, with the following conditions:

1. Condition 1: If the cost of your court reservation is less than $45 per hour, you will forfeit the purchase, and the booker will be charged the full $45 fee, per hour.
2. Condition 2: If the cost of your court reservation is $45 or more per hour, you will only forfeit your purchase.

No-Show or Playing in an Alternate Booking:

If the booker fails to attend their reserved court time—regardless of whether others on the reservation, members or non-members, are using the court—or chooses to participate in a different session instead, they will be charged a fee of $45 per hour, per court.

Changing Your Reservation:

If you need to change the time of your court reservation within the 24-hour window, please do not cancel the reservation. Instead, call the club directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your new time, subject to availability. Please note that changing the day of your reservation will be considered a cancellation and will be subject to the applicable cancellation fees.

Updated Waitlist & Cancellation Policies for Open Play

• The first player on the waitlist will now be automatically accepted when a spot becomes available.
